Clinic Covid Policy Update - March 3, 2022

While the Alberta Government has lifted restrictions on many of the public mandates, please be aware that we are regulated by Alberta Health and the College of Chiropractors.

Masks are no longer mandatory.

However, as we do work with higher-risk patients, we are grateful to those of you who continue to mask while in the clinic.

Our door is open

Our waiting room is still socially distanced, only allowing a few people at a time to wait inside for a treatment room. If you have a large family, or if you feel more comfortable waiting in your car, please continue to call when you arrive. As always, we will see patients in order of arrival whether you are waiting inside or outside.

If you feel sick

We ask that if you are feeling unwell to please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible. In accordance with the regulations put forth by Alberta Health, we ask all those who are vaccinated to wait at least 5 days, or until your symptoms resolve, before rebooking.

As always, please let us know if you are experiencing:

Disinfecting

We continue to do our part in keeping you safe by sanitizing our tables after every patient and cleaning high-touch surfaces often.

Exit safety

After your adjustment, you will be exiting out the back door of the clinic so that there is no chance of passing someone coming into the clinic.

We have hand sanitizer at the back door for you to use as you leave.

If another appointment is necessary, please call our front desk from your car so we can rebook you.
